Decaffeinated using an Ethyl-acetate process naturally derived from citrus fruits and Colombian sugar canes, our caffeine free offerings are sourced from Colombia and as such carry on its characteristics of a medium body with a rich taste. This blend consists of half caffeinated and half decaf french roast beans, causing it to exhibit a bitter-sweet flavor profile reminiscent of licorice and a somewhat fruity character with traces of supporting acidity.
