Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, you must provide an order number and photo verification of incorrect or damaged goods to email@example.com with URGENT in the subject line. We will evaluate the claim and if approved the customer is allowed to keep the incorrect order while we ship a replacement free of charge.
Coffee subscription orders can not be returned. If you would like to update your coffee preferences please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will update your file
If you placed an order incorrectly or by mistake, please email us at email@example.com or call us at (505) 344 9144 as soon as you realize there has been an issue. We will cancel orders and offer a full refund up to the point of the customer receiving a shipping confirmation email.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
